We have been with Cedar for more than 3 years and very happy with his service. In general he works very hard and checking things in great details to make sure our house in good shape. He also managed to find us very good tenants just before the social limit hits Brisbane. Always communicating with both sides in time. We would recommend him if anyone asked for a good agent in the neighbourhood.

We rented through Cedar for 2 years ,during that time we were treated well and looked after . The house was well presented and well maintained . Bill was the ultimate professional , everything was done correctly and fairly . We even got all our bond back when we left . If I ever need another rental I hope I can get one through Bill . Great bloke

Poor experience. Not sure if he fakes communication misunderstanding or if he simply doesn't understand. Either way, its a problem. Doesn't answer questions in a straight manner. Make sure you take hundreds of photos of your property as they will try to claim more than you are responsible for. Lies to try and manipulate a situation. Untrustworthy. Take photos or keep copies of all paperwork. I recommend you find another property with a more reputable real estate agent. So very disappointing,

I have rented through Cedar Realty for 1.5 years. My application on the property was very quick. Approval given in less than 4 hours. I had no issues at all. My full bond refunded.

I own a townhouse in a complex Cedar Realty managed. During their tenure they worked tirelessly on improving the grounds and managed the complex to a very high standard. They always give 110% and their service exceeds the expectation. Bill and his family are genuine and very caring people who go out of their way to help others. They always acted in the best interest of all owners. I was sorry to see them leave and wish them the very best in their future endeavours.
