Kumon Chermside Education Centre

I rate Kumon, Chermside as a five-star education centre. Emilia and her team is totally dedicated to the individual needs of each child and is open to chatting to parents/students regularly to obtain the best outcome for each student. My son who attends twice a week for English and Maths has shown outstanding progress in the past six months. He is ahead two years of his age level and was highly motivated with the certificate and medals that he received through Kumon. Emilia gets to know her students very well and in particular what drives them to want to continue to persevere in their learning, as she has done with my child attending to his personality and educational needs. The class groups are extremely well organised, structured and very efficiently run in Chermside. In addition to the fundamental aspects of Maths being covered and practised, the speed at which my child can handle maths problems has grown exponentially. I have also seen him confidently reading and spelling in English that he often requests to play spelling bee games at home. Thank you Emilia and the team for the heartfelt dedication to all your students at Kumon, and for turning one shy child to an academically driven boy who finds a sense of achievement by attending Kumon in this short span of time.

I am a long term client of Kumon Chermside. I have all my children doing both mathematics and English there.Over time I have watched my children strive and flourish under the guidance of Emilia and her staff. Their patience and personal attention have always been outstanding. They are always prompt to provide extra assistance whenever I have contacted them.My children's achievements speak for themselves. This has been a journey where the time and the money has been well spent. As my family, friends and associates can testify, I highly recommend them.

I can't thank Kumon Chermside enough for the progress that they have done for my son, who has been coming to the centre for 2 years for Maths. They have turned him into a boy who hated to maths to someone who now says that maths is his favourite subject!!! The subject matter is very individualised and taylored to how my son is progressing. There is never any pressure to help him achieve his goals!Thanks Emilia and your team.

Purely commercial branch ! Not worth it. Rude instructor Emilia Kerr! Does even know whatKids are learning. She treats the branch as fish market to make money from children.

我很认同kumon的习题和教学方式，但是这个分支机构的确已经沦为赚钱工具了。Emillier是一个粗鲁的教师，她区别对待一些学生，一些学生将整个破旧的车库弄出很大声响时，她并不干涉和制止，而另一些学生仅仅是在课后聊天，却遭到她粗鲁和严厉的指责。很遗憾，我的孩子从一个热爱练习册的学生变成一个讨厌kumon的学生。现在我将他转去别的辅导中心，他又很开心。值得一提的是，以前的kumon并不是这样，Janet作为管理者在此工作的时候，气氛很温馨，不知从什么时候起，这里弥漫着黑暗的空气，环境也很恶劣，孩子们在昏暗的灯光下练习，需要注意眼睛的保护。总之不值得。并且还要收取专门的注册费，这在别的补习中心是不存在的
