Without question this pharmacy has got to be the best in the business! Pharmacists are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The same goes for the lovely sales assistants. Thank you for providing our community with such great service

the staff member that was wearing a cheetah print jacket is extremely rude, unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. She should be retrained in the way to speak to people.

On three separate occasions I’ve entered this store and could not get served at the front counter. The first two times I had to find staff from the prescription counter after waiting some time and today I waited at the counter as a staff member could clearly see me. Yet nobody came to serve me despite there being only one other customer in the store and nobody requiring assistance.I left my goods at the counter and left to do my groceries, walking past 30 mins later to see my goods were still sitting at the counter.This is a shame, the Strathpine store has such great service, in fact I usually get greeted at the door then asked my multiple staff members if I need assistance. I’ll be driving the extra kms to go straight to Strathpine and not waste my time here in future.Mind you, I have had good experiences on the other times I’ve been served and acknowledged at the Bray Park store but…Three times is too many times to be ignored.
