Please if you can go elsewhere for a covid test I strongly suggest you do! There is one person here running the show....filling out paperwork and also conducting covid tests. This was my first covid test and I was traumatised. It was rushed and very invasive and I'm still struggling with excruciating headaches since! Also there is a lack of social distancing inside. I didn't feel very safe waiting in there to get tested!

Was yelled at that there were no covid tests until after 1, by a woman with her mask hanging by her ear. Fine for there not to be tests until later, but a little kindness and hygiene never go astray.

Agree with the other review. I've had heaps of blood tests over the years and this one was the worst i've ever had! My veins are a pathologists dream because they're so big and easy to find so it wasn't that she missed/couldn't find the vein. There is about off about her technique, I don't think paid attention during her training because It was very painful and I had more blood than usual pooling out of the entry point (bandaid was soaked afterwards).

The pathologist that day, I'm not sure if it's her technique or the size of the needle she used but it was SO painful compared to the many other times I've had blood tests elsewhere. And I've had many in the last year or so.

My elderly mother went there to get COVID test and no one was policing the social distancing. If she didn't have Covid- she probably has caught it now. Terrible place.

Never had a problem and the staff is friendly.

Do not like this place at all. They do not tell you if there is any charge for your tests then you get a large invoice sent to you out of no where. Even with a Medicare card! As pensioner I couldn’t pay. Very bad experience. Worst pathology place. No more livery for me. I go to clinical labs now mostly. Never here again. Terrible place, terrible service

They dont do covid tests here and have failed to update their google information. The receptionist was pretty rude about it too.

Longest time l had to wait to get Covid test ever.. Probably more than 2 hours. There was just 1 person to do everything. Strongly recommend to not go here.

This place is an infectious health hazard. The person who was handling and receiving the forms was also the same person who was taking samples for the COVID test thereby exposing us to potential infection. I did not see her once wash her hands or change her gloves because she was busy dealing with too many patients. Used pens were being put into the clean cup’s container. The COVID virus can stay on surfaces for up to 72 hrs yet, none of the chairs that we were sitting on were wiped down between patients. There were 6 people in the room sitting approx. 1m apart. It was very obvious that Laverty are trying to cut costs by hiring one person to do everything, but by so doing, it is a genuine health risk. Although the entire process took 1.5 hrs, it literally took less than 20 seconds for the test swab to be done.
