I engaged Adam and his team in my recent house renovation. My job included fully renovation of the main bathroom (add a toilet in the existing bathroom), fully renovation of kitchen (including removal of a wall between kitchen and an unused space), full renovation of laundry (add a shower in the existing laundry), change all down lighting, and upgrade the main switch box, decking at the backyard and veranda in the front door, and lastly repaint the whole house. The job was done in 6 weeks, and the house is completely transformed. My son, who said why you bought this ugly house

Capital Construction managed our alteration and renovation build of the entire house. The project included:Obtaining council / heritage approval,Turning a garage into studio room,Relocate new kitchen and laundry areasOpening up the living space by removing internal walls, andRenewing all flooring, plumbing - bathrooms, electrical.Painting and carpentry throughoutA late addition was to re-direct sewerage pipes.The project encountered several obstacles, not helped by covid, however due to the passion, hard work and dedication of Adam and his team, was completed within reason. We are pleased with the quality and workmanship. Thanks to all the sub-contractors too for our beautiful, ‘new’ home.
