Kmart at Figtree is full of wonderful people ,always willing to help, I've been coming to this Kmart for years,unfortunately on Friday 16/12/22 at approximately 1pm,I was at the self serve checkout and needed assistance,2 girls that were the to assist,( not really assisting) actually ignored me twice chatting between themselves, then when they did assist they were borderline rude! They made me feel I was interrupting them! As I said I've always had fantastic service from everyone at this Kmart, this was a disappointing experience, that prompted me to give this review on these 2 girls..thank you for reading.

Love a quick trip to Kmart for 1 thing.. End up coming home hours later with lots of stuff that i dont need but it was such a good price i cant leave it!!

Poor customer service. Can't able to return things, especially the women in the product returning counter. Showing her attitude off and behaving rude. Very unpleasant experience, better hire one who speaks with customer politely. Kmart quality been decreased because of such annoying persons. Please take steps and maintain good customer bond.

Hi. 20/04/2023 around 2 am after finishing my gym session was wearing my gym clothes (non baggy, tight fitted with only my keys in my hand) I was followed around through each and every isle by a lady employee in her 40’s/50’s with her dyed jet black hair and crowed feet eyes. I always go browsing after the gym considering it’s next door. This made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Almost ashamed for the way I look? This should be considered a non friendly almost harrassment type was to treat a customer

Messy isles of cardboard and plastic wrapping makes it incredibly difficult and frustrating to push around a trolley. Large items are stacked so poorly on top of each other that they get caught and fall on your feet if you're not fast enough to catch them. People at the self checkouts are just standing around looking oblivious when you're trying to wave them down for assistance. One of the worst Kmarts I've ever been to.

I had a wonderful experience at Kmart Figtree. I was served by Tasharna who was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She went out of her way to personally walk with myself to find my desired purchase and assisted in understanding the product. She is an excellent employee that made my Kmart experience easy.

Helpful and friendly staff and great range and prices, store could be a little cleaner, usually people dump their half finished drinks on shelves because there are no provided bins. Everything else is excellent.

Had a very bad experience today I was at figtree Kmart I went to take back an item because I didn't have a receipt. They gave me what the item was worth in today's money which I lost $20. They also gave me a instore voucher for $39 when I paid $59 for it. The woman behind the counter was clueless when it come to rules and policies of Kmart and the manager really didn't want to deal with itI pulled up the bank details of the transactions for the visa I used and I forced them to give me back to full $59 so be very careful they will rip you off
