Lovely place, met by friendly and efficient receptionist. Agents seem knowledgeable and friendly.

As a landlord, these guys are so great that my rental property is pretty much a ‘set and forget’. Karen and the team are organised, proactive and communication is always clear and helpful. I will undoubtedly use Cripps and Cripps for future investment properties.

Unfortunately Karen has left the company and I've had a disappointing experience with the property managers this time. Staff noticed damp carpet on a Monday but said nothing to me until Tuesday. I requested a plumber immediately and explained I knew there was a leak from the washing machine tap. We spoke again on Wednesday morning and nothing had been done. Wednesday afternoon they incorrectly placed a service call about the water heater. The next day was the Aust Day public holiday. I went to the unit late in the afternoon to discover the water almost running from the tap and about 2sqm of carpet soaked. I called an emergency plumber, shut off the water, arranged a call out for the next day and hired equipment to dry everything out. What's most disappointing is there's been absolutely no apology or acceptance of the fact that their inaction made the problem much worse over days. I won't use them again.

Elle was amazingly helpful from the first point of contact through to the signing of the lease and afterwards. She kept us updated as we progressed through the application process, was always prompt to respond and just lovely to interact with.

There wasn’t much transparency with Cripps & Cripps. As an owner, I had to chase them multiple times- they would say “we’ll call you back in 15 minutes”, and I’d end up calling 2 hours later. Our property manager Dan was never friendly, and we were told different things by different people in the office, and when I questioned Dan as to why I was told something else, he said “sorry we don’t know everything at every time Grace”. As an owner, giving this agency business, I would expect a friendlier approach with more responsibility, and unfortunately, we didn’t get that with Cripps & Cripps.

Daniel advertised my rental property in Cronulla and found a good tenant who moved in the following week, speedy and prompt communication, I recommend the team at Cripps and Cripps.

Excellent property management team. Responded to phone calls promptly. Very helpful when we were selling our property and right on the mark. Would highly recommend Cripps and Cripps for sales and management of property.

Cripps and Cripps provide and excellent service in managing units in Caringbah. They maintain close supervision of the units and meet regularly with the tenants to resolve any maintenance and problems, They provide an annual statement of expenses and rental, which is most useful for my financial statements.
