I contacted this company initially because it was listed in the Strata trades contact for any repair and maintenance. I booked a service call in to replace two flush valve since one snapped so I would do both since they are roughly the same age.Booking appointment no problem and on the day the tradesman rang me just before the appointment time and said he will be running a little bit late because he needs to pick up the parts from plumbing stores so they arrived later than the agreed time. I had to take the morning off work and stay home to let the service job in.When trying to replace the valve there were some problems with the way the toilet been installed previously and it took a little bit longer than usual and found out they need more parts so the guy had to leave and buy more parts to complete the job. The total time charged in the invoice (photo attached) is 4hr to replace 2 outlet valve. I used the plumbing repair service because I couldn't unscrew and remove the cistern since this should be a straight DIY job but 4hr for this job while half of the time were tradesman going back and forth getting more parts from supplier and get charged for it?Also I called in and enquire about the quote on their website if we’re not on time to your job we will complete it absolutely free!" since they did arrived late on the day with a short notice call just before the agreed time. They did not honor it and with the job ended up taking 4hr plus the late start I ended up taking most of the day off work instead of just 1-2hr in the morning.There have been a few back and forth call and discussion with Linda (If I remember the name right) about revising the invoice to a reasonable time of the actual work being done but they insist and send me this final invoice and I will have to pay $857 for 2x outlet valve replacement.The job they did were ok

Had strata work done by this company and the work was not complete and left for weeks incomplete while my front yard remained a mess. The concreter was not able to complete his job due to the plumbing work being incomplete although the plumber was under the impression it was “complete.”I was patient with this company while there was a few weeks of rain and in the end they stuffed me around with incomplete work. The owner of the company is arrogant on the phone but funnily enough didn’t respond to me trying to contact him to discuss why the job wasn’t complete.
