Whenever I need something for my jobs I can always rely on Bunnings. They are convenient, competitive and have quality products.

G'day, mates! Let me tell ya, Bunnings in Caroline Springs is an absolute ripper! This place is like a tradie's dream come true, with everything you need to get the job done and have a good ol' laugh while you're at it.The snags on the barbie outside are a true Aussie classic. Grab one, slap on some onions and sauce, and you've got yourself a sanga that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. And don't even get me started on the smell of freshly cut timber, it's like a sweet symphony to a DIY enthusiast's nostrils.The staff here are legends, always ready to lend a hand and crack a joke or two. You can bet your bottom dollar that they'll steer you in the right direction, whether you're after some snazzy power tools or a trusty pair of work boots.But fair dinkum, be warned about the temptation to wander off into the maze of aisles. It's like a never-ending treasure hunt, and before you know it, you've filled up your trolley with goodies you didn't even know you needed. But hey, who can resist the call of a shiny new gadget or a fancy BBQ set?So, if you're in Caroline Springs and in need of some DIY supplies or just want a good yarn with the friendly folks at Bunnings, don't waste a bloody minute. Will not visit this branch again even though it's my local.Bunnings for has always been about the experience not prices . Walking down isles endlessly and walking out with more than your supposed to.I don't do negative reviews but this was the worst visit I had ever had.Usually the staff are quite helpful at directions and usually that's what I ask for. But Grumpy Santa look alike was not only annoyed I ask but provided the incorrect details of where the item was.This was corrected by a younger male staff member who not only was friendly double checked to make sure.My msg to Santa don't get rostered on busy days And thank you to the young one.To end my experience, going through self check out i actually prefer and the young lady minding the area was polite and friendly. Only to have angry Mrs Claus at the security check at the exit.I wouldn't have cared so much I present my receipt as normal, but I noticed that no one prior to me was being checked and in fact her eyes were on me as soon as I left the checkout.I honestly thought because the products I had added up to quite a bit of money but the 7 items were clearly visible on the trolley. Mrs Claus decided to lift every product in it to see if there was anything thats not on the receipt.Just a little over the top when a simple scan of the trolley clearly there are 7 items.Moving the items around the trolley was unnecessary.I had also forgotten an item that I wanted . Now do I just load up the car and go back in or should I just go to Sunshine instead.I think I will mark Sunshine and Watergardens as my preferred store from here on. It's worth the extra 5-8km

Staff are always friendly and ready to help. Store is always well stocked and you can always find what you need, compared to other Bunnings in the nearby areas, where they are always low stocked

Only reason to visit this store was they had stock for what i needed.Inside was a mess though, way understaffed, manual checkout was closed causing lines of confusion. Staff members looked like they were not engaged what so ever and i will not be returning unless they happen to be the only store with stock that im chasing.

We would not go to any other Bunnings store other than Caroline Springs. The staff there are absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist us. In particular we would like to single out Vilma staff member in the Kitchen planning dept. She has assisted us in designing a complete new kitchen over the last several weeks. She has been absolutely wonderful and extremely professional in the way she has assisted us A huge thanks Vilma.Also James in the paint dept a very knowledgeable and helpful young man who was a tremendous help to us and gave wonderful painting tips to some big problems we were having with decorating our house a special thanks to you James.

This is my preferred Bunnings by far. Staff members are always friendly and more than helpful. And when asked, a staff member will assist you to the isle and help you find the product that you need. Great customer service. Always have stock on shelves, compared to Watergardens, there is no customer service, always low on stock and the staff are just ignorant and rude.

Like all Bunnings, just a great place to shop!! Try it out, I'm sure you will find what you are after!! Fantastic staff arr there to help you out as well, with great advise.

Employee named Olivia was the rudest person I have ever met.I used the self check out counter as the self checkout computer was displaying use card only, the check out closed notice was turned other way I didn’t notice. Suddenly Olivia came and start shouting that I am not supposed to use the self check out. Even after explaining she kept arguing with me. She has zero respect for the customers, I came to Bunnings at least 3 days a week and never feel offended like this.
