I rented via Asset Advantage in Melbourne. Annie Pham was my property manager and she provided an excellent customer service. All requests I had were fulfilled within a few days. Annie inspected the property when I was moving out and thanks to her great communication with the tenants and property owners I received two weeks rent back as I had left the property before my contract was due to end.

Anne Gillies has managed my investment property for quite some time now and she is honestly the best in the business. So proactive, great with both landlords AND tenants (which means the tenant is likely to stay on), gives fantastic advice and is 100% someone you can count on.That's also why I asked her to sell that investment property once my husband and I decided to do some finance shuffling. Anne worked tirelessly to make sure everything went through without a hitch. I will be spreading the word far and wide about how awesome Anne is.

Anne Gillies has always looked after us, she’s assisted in finding us properties to rent in a housing crisis, been open and honest with her communication and always had maintenance organised in a timely fashion. One of the best realestate agents in Brisbane, thanks again for everything!!!

My experience with this company was terrible in regards to rental property. Pilar Fox was constantly full of excuses to why she was not responsive to issues I was having in the apartment. From my time moving in she was not helpful with the information I required and needed to seek contact with previous tenants for the answers. If she was not blaming the owner for a delay in attending to a fixture she would have some tragic injury she would use as her excuse for the incompetence she presented. Pilar wanted to increase the rent by 20%, we agreed to a 5% increase though she did not come through with the contract in the final 2 months of agreement. After a number of calls and emails, she contacted me at the end of the lease and went back on her word trying to blame myself. First it was the owner, then it was her other new injury for the delay, then it was me, then the owner then finally she made up her own story with a mix of everything. Upon leaving, she did not properly share the documentation for exiting the apartment then accused me of not using her cleaners. I told her I did not know they had cleaners, she was quick to suggest she had again forgotten to email me the last rental payment and cleaning information. Again, not my responsibility. Returning the keys was not easy either. She also picked on things in the apartment that were cleaner than when I moved in and did not care for the photo evidence I had. I am glad I have released myself and my children from this lease and from her and the company. Pilar was a headache to deal with the whole time. Though to think it ended there…she constantly messaged, called and emailed me in regards to companies I had electricity, gas and internet connected with for the upcoming tenant. Also, wanted to know the mailbox area and car space number (something she could not help me with when I moved in) and which key opened which door. Her emails were always sent at midnight, not only show how unprofessional she is but also the lack of skill and knowledge she has in her role. The company are also not reachable, I called them a number of times to speak to them about this and also to return the keys and you can only select to speak to a representative that worked in sales, which always lead to a voice message. I do not recommend her or this company.

Excellent property managementAnne Gillies from Asset Advantage Brisbane is one of the best property managers I have encountered. She has looked after my property for past 5 years and has gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. Her commitment and professionalism is commendable. She has maintained clear and timely communication and her problem solving skills is beyond comparison. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable manager who treats every investment property as her own and carries out her responsibilities to the highest level.

Where do I start? My family and I have been looking for a property to rent for the past 6 weeks and have been quite thorough with what we were looking for. We came across a property online that was managed by Pilar Fox and what a pleasure it has been dealing with Ms Fox. Even though there were ALOT of people inspecting this property, her professionalism was like no other, she welcomed everyone with a smile and gave us all a tour. I am so used to agents just standing around and letting everyone do their thing but this experience was different. Pilar made sure to have a chat with everyone and when she saw my mother and I waiting to have a chat with her she approached us and listened to our needs which is very hard to find with real estates nowadays. We had already submitted our application the day before however it came to my surprise when Pilar was working after hours and asking for documents etc, this made us realise we wanted the property even more. Her responses were quick and she was very helpful. Regardless of Wether we got the property or not but her profession is second to none and you can tell from a mile away that she Is passionate about her job. I can easily say in all of our renting experience, asset advantage has proven they are one of the best with someone like Pilar on their team. It has definetly been our best experience by far without a doubt.

A review for the Brisbane branch. We rented via Asset Advantage and had Anne as our property manager for over 3 years. Never once have we had a fault with our rent or property in that time. Any request we had was fulfilled within a few days and we always felt like we could approach her with any queries without any hesitation. Her personality and respect for us was amazing and we would consider using them for our own property management when the time comes. Would 100% recommend renting a property under her and Asset Advantage Management.
