Friendly staff and good range of products.

I have been coming to buy martial arts gear from this store since the mid 1990s. Philip is very helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate. He is very friendly and always free for a chat about martial arts. Offers great advise about the many products they sell. I have to control my urge to over spend whenever I come to the store because I want to buy everything they sell. Being a member gives you great discounts if you are a regular customer so worth the investment. Highly recommend.

Ordered a bo staff and bokken from this store and had great service. Needed to get them shipped, and being larger items, this involved direct communication to organise. Emailing the team to organise this was easy, and it was sent very quickly. Will definitely buy from them again.

I entered the store stressed from a screaming baby and not having the correct sparring gear for my 7yo’s upcoming comp in 2 days. The man who greeted me promptly was amazing! I had no idea what I needed and he worked it out for me using photos of past competitors at the same MMA academy my son attends. He helped size my son making life so much easier. The gentleman at the counter had all the time in the world to answer the 700 questions my son had on the weapons in the store and the elderly gentleman tried to make me feel half normal about my screaming baby. Thank goodness this place was recommended to me.

Despite having a decent collection of martial arts equipment and material (for a reasonable price).The stores service by the retail team was extremely sub-par; the team unfortunately (despite having standard manners) felt condescending and seemed to show little to no care towards customer service.The team (despite showcasing some knowledge of the equipment and materials present) provided information with a very lacklustre effort.The store does have ample parking but unfortunately due to the poor design of Albany Highway in the Cannington region, entering/accessing the store is a bit of a task to anyone not familiar with the area.To conclude, the store is neither bad nor good and there is definitely worse martial arts retail stores, but I would recommend buying equipment and material online, if you know your size and don't mind the wait.Hopefully you enjoyed this review and that it assisted with your queries.Kind regards,MisterPokemon

Good service and a large range of BJJ clothing in both Gi and No-Gi. Didn't have my size in the rash guard that I needed, so went a size up. No biggie, was happy with purchase, price, range and service.

Pretty good! The selection is the best I've seen, even overseas, the staff are friendly, and there's always a good range. They're very nice about letting you try things out, asking questions, and are super helpful. If you order online, the site is easy to navigate, and the postage is quick.Sometimes some of the staff can be a little patronizing, but I think that comes from a keenness to help new people rather than any outright malice. Just be aware it might happen! That's the only negative I can think of. It's a good place!
