Great experience in this cafe - very good dining ambiance, place has lots of character and service was friendly.We dined at 11am-ish, loved the bacon cheese croissant and latte.

Trendy but cozy atmosphere and lovely, attentive staff. The coffee was so good I had to order a second one to take away! Beautifully made food that left me feeling satisfied but not overly stuffed. Lovely little find!

Decent cafe with your standard brunch options and good service. Having eaten here a couple of times I can't fault it at all but there are probably more exciting options elsewhere

I lived in the Bond Store building for a number of years and lazily popped downstairs on a regular basis for breakfast most often ordering the smashed avo which was a really delicious rendition. There's always some scrumptious looking cakes in the front counter cabinet too. Lovely service and a lovely atmosphere

A beautiful hidden historic setting perfect for a quiet coffee or lunch. Handy to Southbank and a short diversion from a walk along the Yarra.I had the Reuben sandwich which was packed with flavour, had generous amounts of meat and featured a tangy delicious slaw which matched nicely.Looking forward to coming back to try the smashed avo.

Best brunch spot in Southbank. If you like muesli or granola with yogurt and fruit, Bond Store is a *must* for you. The house made toasted muesli is a delightful treat with a lovely mix of creaminess and crunch. The smashed avocado toast is perfect with the toasted hazelnuts. Cozy, cool vibe that reads sort of industrial chic. Have visited numerous times and never disappointed.

The Bond Store was a cafe serving brunch meals hidden in a Southbank alleyway. Their foods were pretty good; we ordered the three cheese toasted sandwich and tonkotsu pork burger; both were fresh and delicious, and generous in serving size. Coffee was pretty decent also, and service was friendly. The ambiance, however, was unfortunately quite poor; it was dark despite being a sunny day, the decor felt old and run down, and mosquitoes were everywhere. It could have been a completely nice brunch experience.

Love the ambience of this place. It's a great place to come and chill with your partner or friends.Coffee and food both were delicious. Both meals were presented nicely, and well-proportioned. The vibe was pretty nice. It was fairly busy around brunch time, we didn't have to wait for a table but we saw a few people after us did. The service was excellent.Highly recommend this place to everyone!
