will never come back to the place, just bought 2 pieces of Margaret Pizza which was VERY old. Why are you selling that? well, returned back to the store in 5 sec to ask for my money and seller left me with no choice to buy something else. they have been apparently told no refund! just ridiculous.

Amazing manager, really into supporting the community and so helpful. Goes above and beyond for his customers (eg the other day was handing out hot cross buns just because, no purchase necessary).

Not sure if anyone else has noticed but in each loaf of bread that I have purchased white toast slice 1 of the slices is sliced thick like it's meant to be 2 slices. In the last 5 loaves I have brought I have lost 10 slices of breadI have asked why and the response was 1 of the blades is blunt that is why. Are you going to get it fixed? Answer we might have to get a new one. Really $4.40 for a loaf of bread is not cheap but losing 10 slices is a big deal for me. I could buy it from Coles but I want the quality from baker's delight. I will always support local businesses but just a bit disappointed.
