RBC have been managing our printer fleet for around 5 years. We are very pleased with their service and all of the staff are helpful. If something does go wrong, Kienan, our Account Manager, is quick to sort it out. Would recommend RBC to other companies. Thanks RBC.

We could not be more satisfied with the level of service we receive from the RBC Group, having been involved with them for the past year I cannot fault products & services. Our account manager, Masen is always available to us when required and will always respond to emails and phone queries. Any of the RBC Group staff we speak with are polite, professional and extremely helpful, and are always happy to assist, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

a huge rip off! our business was with them for two contracts over six years, they start off well but then they start direct debiting extra amounts out of our account every month without telling us what its for, when query brought to the finance team, they are so rude. We cancelled contract and signed up with someone else and they still bill us until we had to go and stop direct debit at our bank. Finance team need new management and customer service people. The sales people and trainers so good but they are let down by the finance department. No clarification, rude when you have query (lack training) and the price you first sign contract on... will double to triple without them telling you! That's their biggest let down and con!

Update 5/9/22Our company has received a 1 star review from the Group General Manager Michael Manton last Friday. This is the very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour that I have been referring to.Thank you for acknowledging our many years of loyalty toBC. Unfortunately it appears that we aren't a valued client. Ihave requested for the Group General Manager to come outand meet with me in person to discuss multiple ongoingissues that we have with RBC. I wish I could give zero stars. RBC has no care at all for their clients, their service is dismal and they are unethical. We've waited up to 3 months for someone to contact us and have had countless new account managers. When COVID hit they used it as an excuse to 'help us' by reducing print costs, however actually wanted to add an extra 40 months to our contract (without any discussion). To date I am trying to exit the contract because our printers are faulty and they will not allow it, blaming our issues on our wifi (which is fine btw). I am beyond stressed about having to work with them and will be glad to see the back of them.

I cant speak highly enough of the service, professionalism and communication provided by RBC Group. Their commitment to their clients is second to none.I would happily refer their services to my network because of my confidence in their offerings.

Wade from RBC has been lovely to deal with and very professional. Even though we are a small business he has given us the same great service he provides all his clients. I would happily recommend their services to friends, family and colleagues.
