I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the company I purchased a liner from. I bought a liner from them, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty. The liner did not function as described, and I am left feeling frustrated and out of pocket.When I contacted the company to ask for a return, I was shocked to find out that they do not offer returns or exchanges, even for faulty products. This policy is completely unacceptable, as it is the company's responsibility to provide customers with products that are of good quality and function as advertised.The lack of a return policy is even more frustrating, especially as it means that I am stuck with a faulty product that is of no use to me. I have wasted both time and money on this purchase, and I feel like the company is not willing to take any responsibility for their faulty product.I strongly urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to think twice before doing so. The lack of a return policy and poor customer service makes it clear that this company does not value its customers, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same experience that I did.

Very Disappointed. PurchasedIn2Linen Hotel Quality 100% Cotton Sheet Range, these are suppose to be high quality. They are thin and of no better quality than cheap sheets from your local Target or Big W. So thin you can see the fabric print on the mattress below. So Sad.

Stack 'em high and sell them cheap still works for me.Bought sheet set + quilt cover set + towels for $240. Nice quality, and the fitted sheet is deeper than normal so it fits without wrestling

Fantastic Experience,My Partner and I spent the weekend Linen Shopping, and we ended up checking out this store today and purchased 2 Bamboo Quilt cover sets, the prices were amazing, and the quality was beyond what both of us expected.I just wish I purchased Sheets as well when the woman asked if we were interested, If I knew the quality was this good I definitely would have.If you are looking for anything Linen related you would be crazy to go anywhere else.Great customer service also, We walked around a bit having a look around and then the woman asked us if we needed any help and took us where we needed to be straight away. This shop deserves your business.

I recently purchased some liner sheets from a brand that I will not mention, and I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with their quality. First of all, the sheets were incredibly thin and flimsy, which meant that they tore easily and provided no real protection for my belongings.Furthermore, the adhesive on the back of the liner sheets was subpar at best. It didn't stick very well, and even when it did, it left a sticky residue that was a nightmare to clean up. I ended up having to use additional tape just to keep the sheets in place, which defeated the purpose of using liner sheets in the first place.To make matters worse, the liner sheets were also prone to wrinkling and bunching up, which made them look unsightly and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend these liner sheets to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, reliable product.Save yourself the time and money and look for a better brand that can offer you liner sheets that are sturdy, adhesive, and easy to work with.

Top quality linen and very efficient service. I ordered this on a Thursday, it was sent the same day and arrived on the following Tuesday. The Hotel linen range is exactly what I was hoping for - top quality, heavy cotton which looks like it will last forever. It doesn't get much better than this!
