Informative and fun place. Lots of science puzzles for kids. They frequently run a video show of 20 mins for $8.5 or so. Cafe is good too. Can easily spend 2 hrs at this place.Plenty of parking space.

A very interesting place. They day we visited, there were some CSIRO scientists with optical telescopes in the visitor area. We were able to look at the sun with a telescope which was very interesting.

Amazing place to visit. Dish, visitor centre, 3D cinema, really cool souvenirs and many more is what you need to expect. I would recommend to get yourself familiar with Apollo 11 mission before coming here. And watch movie The Dish same night after visit or next day.Wonderful historic place that is still functioning as radio telescope.

My kids loved this experience and it was so great to watch the telescope move around. We’re all now wanting to know more about astrophysics and have a deeper appreciation for science. The food in the cafe was amazing. The kids also had fun whispering into the small telescopes in the garden.

Brilliant place to visit! Excellent information, the whispering dish is fun! There's plenty to do for free or for a small price, a 3D show. The outside is dog friendly, and there's plenty of things to do for the younger ones.

A great place to visit if in the area to see the iconic dish. For a small fee you can view a 3D movie, otherwise it is free to browse the small museum. There is also a nice cafe at the back at the viewing area where you can enjoy a coffee or meal while taking in this piece of Australian history.
