Very sad and nonplussed. We sent our daughter there for six years and when we said we were leaving due to economic reasons, we were told that our package of contract hours" were suddenly reduced by four sessions because they had " audited" the bookwork and no more session were left despite being told the week before that we had five weeks left. We were told that the hours/contract would be emailed to us for our information - it hasn't turned up and no word since. Apparently - money talks and thar's all that counts with these people."
