I would like to thank Ty in the printing department at Officeworks Tuggerah for his assistance in helping me get photos done for my son's Memorial Service. Ty went above and beyond what would be expected, he made a sad time brighter for me, a grieving mother, by ensuring the products provided were perfect. Ty, thank you, you are a wonderful man and a great employee! The service from other staff members was also great.

Went to get a passport photo taken. Staff standing around doing nothing and was told that they didn't have anyone trained to do it.It's a passport photo and it is a service listed on your website that you are meant to be able to provide.Chris the department manager provided poor customer service.Wish I could give 0 stars

Very poor customer service. No staff attending costumers collecting click and collect order took. Had to look for staff for help and even after that took so long :( Whats the point of doing C&C ?

I went to print one photo. I went @ 7:40 & the machines hadn’t even been turned on. I waited 4 minutes. I then asked the same sour looking faced girl ( who turned them on) to do it over the counter. She was told by another staff member to press the button again. I paid via my card & pressed counter service. No receipt printed. Got the same girl. She printed the receipt & told me to scan it at self serve. I stated I didn’t ask for self serve. Scanned it 3 times. Stood at the counter. I knew she could see me, but didn’t want to know. Eventually other lady got it going behind the counter. All up for one photo I was there for half an hour with very poor customer service. Two things I’d like to suggest. 1. Turn machines on @ 7am. 2. Smile, I was in customer service for 30 years. Even if you don’t want to. It’s part of your job if you want customers to return. I won’t be.

I had the best assistance and service from a friendly and helpful young woman, on the photo kiosk.I’m a techno moron and had never used one of these machines. She walked me through the process patiently and clearly.Now I know how to use one and will be going back regularly.

Extremely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with there lack of customer service have never been treated so poorly so after going to Harvey Norman for a new phone they were fantastic don’t waste your time go straight to Harvey Norman when purchasing a new phone outright.
