5 stars! I recently had Aussie Electrical complete an installation of a standard pendant light in my home, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Eddie. He truly went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was installed to perfection and to my satisfaction.From the initial consultation to the installation itself, Eddie was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to listen to my needs and provided helpful advice along the way. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work was evident throughout the entire process.

Great prompt work by the team especially Chris who was always on time, put so much effort into his work and always cleaned up after he was finished. He was very easy to talk with as well. Highly recommended, I will use them again.Steven

If you need a very genuine electrician ..ask for Adam . Especially if you are on your own .very professional .it's hard to get genuine feedback without being ripped off . Adam rang me back after I phd him letting me know what time he will be here ..came within a short time ..the same day which was important as I needed the job done that day. He listened to what I needed..Explained everything in detail took photo of the quote took photo of the money I paid so everything was above board .knowing I recently lost my husband Adam was So kind took the time to make sure I understood everything..even though he then was rushing to the next job ringing them letting them know he was just finishing and would be straight there. You will get a great job done quickly professionally and thoroughly ..a young man with old fashion respectable manners. Highly recommend this firm please again ask for ADAM you can relax knowing everything has been done appropriately. You won't go wrong .

From the phone call to the final service - so professional, so prompt & courteous. The plumber was very pleasant and explained himself well, fixing the issue that same day at a very reasonable rate. Considering I live 3hrs away & had to organise everything by phone, the fact my very elderly parents were so pleased, tells me they provide a great service THANKS everyone at Aussie Electrical & Plumbing :-)

Positive side is they responded promptly after 2 hours I called for service. The downside is it is expensive for installing the fire alarm which took less than 5 minutes and the cost of the new alarm is $40 , all up I was charged $367 as a pensioner. John

We’ve used them several times in the past, expensive but reliable enough. I’m very disappointed however in our most recent experience, they came to fix some plumbing works, leakages etc, they were not able to fix anything and charged us a call out fee (which I can understand) and said they would come back to us with a quotation for the works. We have been chasing and following up and it has been over a month now and still nothing…

I had a great, easy and stress free experience! Great communication and quick to come out and quote on a faulty stove stop. Replacement needed and my budget needs were understood. Super quick turnaround to get the job done. Lovely friendly guys, reliable and on time. Definitely recommend and will use again for any future electrical or plumbing needs. Thank you!

Chris from Aussie plumbing was fantastic a lovely gentleman and was good at his job. We have used other plumbers and they ripped Mum off. Chris had to fix some of the taps they were supposed to have replaced washers in. Thank Chris and Aussie plumbing for a fantastic job will recommend you.
