As always, the staff and vets at the Ark are very friendly and professional and provide the most caring service. Our beloved cat Pooka is always well looked after when we take him in for vaccinations or a general check up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Always very professional and caring. I have never been refused an appointment, which is something that happened at my previous vet. I have now registered all of my pets with Ark. Lucinda (cat) is a very challenging cat but she was handled beautifully by the vet and vet nurse

Lovely nurse and Dr. Joe were able to kindly squeeze me in for a checkup for our kitten. The vibe is calm, the clinic clean and we definitely were looked after very well. Left the clinic feeling much better than when I came in. I recommend this place.

My 14 month old golden retriever recently had her annual check up and vaccinations with Dr Joe. Joe is always so lovely and professional. He has some great recommendations for anything we as a first time dog owner need assistance with. I feel Ivy is always in such safe hands with Joe.The receptionist team are also very lovely and always show great customer service when booking in appointments and in the waiting area.

We have been so pleased with the care and attention we received at Ark Veterinary Hospital. Joe took time to do a very thorough examination of our two dogs and gave many helpful suggestions for looking after them as they are senior dogs.The subsequent attention to our female dog when having her dental proceedure was excellent. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is one of calm ( very important with nervous animals!) I have no hesitation in reccomending this practice.

We called just before 6pm on a Friday because our guinea pig had hay seed in her eye. We were told to come straight in, unlike another vet who was 2 minutes from home but wouldn't see us because it was close to closing time. The staff were all lovely and our poor ball of fluff quickly had the hay removed, her eye checked and pain relief administered. She went home a happy piggy.

Amazing staff and amazing care. My kittens have always had the best care and help. Great communication and great with reminders for when my fur babies are due for vaccinations and medications.Would definitely recommend :)Thank you!

My dog is extremely anxious and taking her to the vet for anything has always been very challenging. Since moving to Ark, she is still anxious but does start to settle after a while. Dr Joe has a wonderful manner with her - high recommend this extremely professional and caring practice.

Excellent and speedy service - our dog was looked after straight away when she experienced an allergic reaction to an insect bite. Very calm and caring service, Dr Joe is very experienced and we recommend him highly. Thanks to all the team at Ark :)

Our little girl, Chelsea, is groomed at the Ark. She has many health issues requiring her to be isolated. As soon as you walk in the door, the staff welcome & love her. The quality of care & service is beyond outstanding. I can’t thank or recommend the Ark enough. Thank you so much for the care you give to our little girl.
