Corrimal staff are the most helpful and attentive Centrelink staff I have ever known. My issues are usually resolved here without having to revisit or make numerous phone calls.

Never had to wait so long for such incompetent people. , ,have rang this office ,,,and in time takes to get answered,,, I've got in car and driven there ,,and asked staff to answer phone ringing in front of them. , ,sure enough was my mothers phone I was calling from

I have never had to deal with such an understaffed and incompetent group of people in my life. Surely something can be done about the quality of 'work' going on here as it is just atrocious.

Was there today, I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seated and issue was resolved on the spot. Staff were incredibly friendly & efficient. I was impressed.

Wait time was pretty good, I expected more of a wait. Staff member was very helpful. A couple of difficult customers that staff handled really well.
