Simon was excellent!! Best service I’ve had, was really helpful and got the problem sorted quickly. Very nice guy and great to deal with. Would use again in a second for any appliance repairs or related services

Anthony was a nice guy and communicated the issue with my washing machine well. Just beware the service was pretty steep. Cost $176 for him to be there for 15 minutes and tell me my machine was broken..

Called first thing in the morning and Simon was able to come out within just a few hours and fixed our Westinghouse fridge within an hour. Very friendly, professional and excellent value. Would highly recommend.

Very responsive to my request to fix a washing machine. Arrived the following day exactly at the appointed time. Assessed the repair need within 5 minutes and recommended the replacement of the washing machine stating the part will cost A$400. He charged me A$165 for that 5 minutes! I know that there is a call out fee, but surely some discretion could be used on the basis that it took less than 5 minutes to figure out that it required replacement.

The end to end experience was so seamless. Simon came on time, told me what the problem was and how much to fix it. He fixed it cleaned up after himself and it was done. He’s very courteous and mild mannered.Wonderful. I’m definitely going to save his card for next time
