MPR Express Mobile Phone Repair

My iPhone would not turn on. I originally took it to the Apple ‘Genius’ bar where they told me it was a problem with the motherboard and would be expensive to fix. I’m so glad I took my phone to MPR for a second opinion, because it was actually a faulty battery, and Michael replaced the battery and got my phone turning on within 10 minutes. Came in last minute (just as they were closed). Desperate for my screen to be replaced, as I was just quoted over $300 for a new screen elsewhere. Not only did they generously give me their time to help me, but they were even more generous to offer me a screen protector with a massive discount. All for an extremely great price! I couldn’t be more grateful!! They were also very professional and kind. My phone works good as new and I will be using their service again, as well as recommending to others. Thanks guys!! :))

This place fixed my iPad in a day and charged a reasonable price. They also let me know it was ready by text and offered me a useful hard case for better protection of the device.

Mine was only a simple issue with the charge port on my phone. I was charged $50, while other places have charged as much as $160 for the same repair. And on top of that, today, I get a follow up SMS, checking if everything is OK!!Definitely recommend!!!

Got my Motorola phone repaired here last December. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They didn't have the LCD in-stock on my initial visit so they said I can come back the next day and gave me an estimated time of arrival. It was accurate. I popped by the next day and the one who repaired my phone, Michael, was just as service-oriented as the two other staff who were there the previous day. He gave me a phone I can use while he repairs my phone so he can contact me when it's done. I waited awhile but it also meant the quality of the repair wasn't going to get compromised when it's slow but sure. Michael was careful about repairing my phone and didn't even bother that it was gonna be closing time already. Although I'm a bit discontented that the tint of my screen was warmer than before and I can't do much about it, the repair was amazing enough and besides it wasn't really the repairer's fault because it was an Aftermarket screen. As long as I encounter no issues and that the quality of the repair is excellent, I'm satisfied.
