Although we live just around the corner, that was our first visit at Vale.We had lunch, the food was great and the portions are generous.It's a bar, so need to order at the bar, and get your own cutlery etc, but that doesn't bother me. Will be back soon that's for sure

The Vale Bar & Brasserie
The place is huge so you can have all types of functions. Outdoors, indoors, stool area, sports areas, seated dining area. I really liked one of their meaty pizzas and their wings were amazingly crispy and spicy. Nice chips too.Update 24/2/23 - One of the staff was very rude to my colleague shouting back at him saying you have to go get the wings yourself when all the tables got wings and the question was just raised.

Great service!! Yummy food, and especially grateful to Faye for her effort in return my sons hat.Only reason I didn’t give five starts is that it’s a bit noises when busy.

We came to the Vale for dinner, walking through the front doors. We waited for the staff to great us.. Nothing, instead saw an employee standing behind a counter so we asked them, to which they said our table number and that was it.. Didn't walk us to the table, nothing.Putting that past us, we thought maybe it will get better.We went through the menu and decided on three dishes.. Then waited..waited. again. No one. We even eyed other employees and they simply just kept walking around and not coming to the table. In the end we had to purposely go talk to an employee and tell them we are ready to order. To which instead of them getting our order, he advised he will send some one over. And so we waited again.. Finally she one came and took our orders.Meals came out and they were OK. Nothing special, the cheesy fries looked like a young child had made them, nothing exciting or great about it.Coming to the end of the night, we got up and went to the counter to pay (the original one we walked to at the start of the night).Once again we waited, no one.. Even the person I came to dinner with said do they even want our money " . Once again

Went to this place for Dinner on Tuesday night. Was very busy inside as Bingo was starting at 7.30pm. The staff were super friendly and it didn't take long to be served. Plenty of room inside and out to sit at a table. Food came out promptly. The pork schnitzel and steak were very good. Not a bad place for a feed or a drink

I’ve been here few times, I could never fault the service.. Thanks guys..Food wise I wouldn’t order the chicken and chorizo paella and also the Thai Beef salad again.. I think those two need to be removed from the menu. Coming from me, I’ve tried most of their food and most are pretty good..

Bitterly disappointed in the food ,service and cost ! Tasting platter was AWFUL and the cost outrageous, everything deep fried ( not mentioned in the menu) and definitely not worth $38 , couldn't eat it. Staff and kitchen unable to cope with a table of 12, 4 received their meals whilst the other 8 waited patiently for another 30 minutes! Everyone absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of apology for lateness . Food 0 /10 . Won't be back nor recommend.

Wanted to try this place out for a while. Decided to test their lunch special and so I ordered the lunch special chicken schnitzel. The chips were slightly salty but this was balanced out by the rest of the meal including a nicely sized schnitzel, the really nice mushroom gravy and salad. Worked out in the end! Lucky I came in after 11am as it started to get busy around 12nn. Will certainly go back again sometime soon.

Went here on Australia Day. Appearance & setting of place is gorgeous. But staff were super morbid, don't think i saw a single one of them smile the whole time & used minimal to no words whilst serving. Garlic bread was barely heated up, just chucked on a hot grill for the look, chicken dish i had was meant to come with broccolini but came with asparagus :-/ mash potato was luke warm. Pretty dissapointing experience. Wouldn't waste your money.

Served by a lovely chap by the name of Lucas or Luke, I can’t quite remember. He was very charismatic and attended our every needs.
