Awesome shop with great service. Had a problem with a bike we bought 2 months ago and Chris came to us and fixed it immediately with ease and good humour. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

I rang Exagym a few weeks back regarding a pair of punch gloves that were out of stock all over Sydney and spoke with Chris who was able to give me very thorough information, and then followed me up several weeks later with more information about the stock.Unfortunately the product I wanted is still not in stock and won't be for some time BUT the level of service received from Chris over the phone and his communication with me about the problem is fantastic!If the service at this Gym is anything like Chris' customer service skills, then this place in wonderful!!Thanks Chris for the effort and providing great service!

I would highly recommend this company. They have amazing customer service and their products are of high quality. I purchased an assault bike for my husband and he is loving it. They respond and resolve any problems so quickly and without any hassle. I will definitely be shopping at Exagym for any future exercise needs!

Chris and his team are nothing short of magnificent. I visited their Cremorne store to purchase a cross trainer earlier in the week. I was given a good rundown on a range of products, made my purchase in no time. Machine was delivered to my home only a few days later completely assembled.A small scratch on the machine was acknowledged by a team member before I even noticed it, and they already had a plan to correct it. This speaks volumes about how professional they are; and how far they will go to ensure customers are looked after and get their money's worth.Thank you very much for the machine and your work. If I could give Chris Director/owner of Exagym in Cremorne 10 stars, I would. I made a online enquiry for a cross trainer. He was very quick to respond to my email. He gave valuable advice and I bought a cross trainer, which we are very happy with. It's a sturdy machine and yet very quiet, (as oppose to other cross trainers on the market). During Sydney's lockdown, Chris, processed the order online and even though the delivery guys were flat out with other orders, he fit me, for a fast delivery and installation. I highly recommend Exagym for outstanding customer service, valuable advice on all equipment and accessories, rest assure, his pricing is very competitive & he stocks top brands, with great quality and top warranty guarantee.

Excellent, friendly service. My 'click and collect' was quite a small order, but the gentleman at Exagym treated my order very seriously. There is an impressive range of products...particularly lots of professional equipment. Great shop.
