It’s a 30 minute drive for me to the salon but it is so worth it. I’ve never been happier with the services i’ve gotten from the salon and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The girls who work there are the most loving, kind hearted, beautiful people you will ever meet and will always make you feel welcomed. Definitely worth a try if you have never been :)

Amazing! What can I say, the girls get it right every time! I walked in not knowing what I wanted, showed the girls my outfit and they gave me the perfect hair and makeup to match my look. I also had a time deadline so they made sure they had me already to go in time. So many compliments on both my hair and makeup. Not my first time at the salon and definitely not my last. Cannot recommend enough!!

TJ Style Bar is absolutely my saviour! Having experienced a negative wedding hair booking with another salon near by, they’ve really made me feel stress free about my wedding hair and easing my mind in the booking process. Prompt in response and confirmed all details for the big day.They are professional and super friendly. Shout out to Sammy for being an awesome human! Always making me feel comfortable and making me laugh.I have used them now for my wedding hair trial and my hens day hair and makeup. Absolutely amazing! Had my hair and make up done for my wedding and TJ was very patient with us despite she was 1 staff member down. My mum was very nervous getting her makeup done as an older woman but she looked absolutely stunning RJ made us feel so comfortable and is so easy to get along with! Will definitely be back and would love to get more services done here :)

A week ago I booked to get my hair washed and blow dried with waves for 2 important events that I had on the day,and my experience was VERY disappointing. I was also looking for a place to to get my hair and make up done for my wedding coming up,but I will definitely not be back after their terrible customer service.It all started with Nikki rushing my washing, and roughly brushing my long hair. She was stopping continuously asking advice on what to do to her colleague at the point that Sammy took over my blow drying and styling. Sammy did a great job with the curls, but unfortunately my scalp was covered with dandruff because of the poor washing service,so I had to re-wash my hair again in the afternoon to have my scalp cleaned before the engagement party at dinner time. My service was supposed to be $135 as stated in the invoice booked online, but at the end I got overcharged $183 for a bellow average service. I reached out by email to express how upset I was after my experience with them, and I wished that someone would have told me that my service was going to be extra instead of finding the unpleasant surprise at the end when I got charged,I don't find this very professional.The owner replied justifying that Nikki is still learning and we all have to start somewhere, and blamed my hair to be thick. I do understand that Nikki has just started within the business and that's why she wasn't as confident with washing, but try also to understand that when I have to pay $183, I also would like my hair to be done properly.

The girls always slay my regular colour and cut, but today was on another level. Had my hair curled to give some extra oomph along with a a double winged liner make up look for a wedding and the did not disappoint! Definitely the best salon in the west if not all of Adelaide ❤️

Cannot thank Tara & the team enough!!! They were so professional from the start, punctual and very responsive. We had the pleasure of having Tjs Style Bar do my Wedding. No regrets & wish we could go back & have that morning together again. One bride trial & that was enough to work out exactly what I wanted. Tara exceeded expectations & I had compliments all day. I didnt want to look different to my everyday glam & feel myself, and that she achieved! My bun needed several attempts, but thats what I love most, it was done once it was perfect and we didnt go over time as the think out the timing process for everything. Best team EVER!

Amazing!!! TJ styled my hair for my engagement party last week and absolutely nailed it. I showed her an inspo photo and she went above and beyond! All the girls in the salon made me feel welcome and relaxed. 1000% recommend.

Absolutely in love with this place!! I am here every Wednesday seeing Sammy and she takes the best care of my hair whilst always having a laugh along the way. All the staff here are amazing… so loving and always so welcoming and make you feel at home. The most amazing makeup team, and the most caring hair team! TJ runs the salon with a fun and easy vibe to it, making it so inviting to be apart of. Will forever love this place and always will be my hair dresser! ❤️

TJ has been my hairdresser for over 12 months now and it's fair to say that as a 60 year old I don't have the long, lustrous hair that many of her clients do. Undaunted by my thin, fine hair, TJ and her Sammy work with my personality and style to come up with an edgy cut and colour every time I visit. As a result I regularly have random people in the street make an effort to stop me and say how much they love my colour and style.TJ has been asked to showcase her talent at the Hair and Beauty Collective together with 15 of Adelaide's most respected, innovative and well known hairdressers, some of whom are state and national award winning hairdressers. Her skill has not gone unnoticed by those in the know.I'm so pleased I found TJ and her team, finding a new hairdresser is difficult but with them I've found a new home and recommend them to the young and not so young but young at heart.
