I phoned the store regarding a Pullman Vacuum and spoke with Austin.Austin is an absolute credit to Godfrey's by way of his exemplary customer service. He was extremely helpful both during my phone call to the store and while in the store to purchase my Pullman Vacuum.Austin was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We purchased the Wertheim Pro Multi Steamer at this store and have had nothing but poor service. The purchase was made in September 2021, and in December 2021 it broke down. The store arranged a repair, and we received the repaired unit in mid January 2022. Within weeks it had broken down again, and it was replaced in March 2022. After just 3 uses the new machine broke down with the same fault. The store have refused a refund. Very poor customer service, and no real understanding of the Consumer Rights. Will be taking this matter to VCAT.
