Legit the best dentist on the Sunny Coast. I’d highly recommend…!

I booked in a time to get teeth whitening done after seeing a special advertised. There was initial consult required however it was just a clean and xrays whitening wasn't discussed strangely. When I turned up for my appointment it hadn't actually been booked. Luckily they could rebook me a few days later, the staff were all quite nice. The dentist doing the treatment said I would probably only get a brighter result as my teeth were already fairly white. No one told me this at the initial consult. During the treatment there was people coming in and out frequently to get supplies and bumping the light that was in my mouth. The light also broke and had to be fixed. The package included a take home kit worth $250, when I enquired about this at the end the dentist said she had been told I already had this. I said no I had just mentioned I may have mouth trays I could reuse to save them time. I got no take home kit at all. I called the next day to talk to the original girl she acted like she didn't know what I meant and then eventually said I could pick up a tube of bleach if I wanted. The packs should be a number of tubes of bleach and sensitivity gel along with mouth trays. She then said she would call back if they had stock. Surely you would have the take home kits if you are offering them as a special and you need to apply the sensitivity gel after the treatment. This practice seems very unprofessional. They made a mistake with my initial booking then didn't give me the advertised package so I definitely won't be returning. Very disappointed in the service although they were nice.

I could not recommend Tranquil Dental any more - being absolutely terrified of the dentist, Dr Heather, Kerri and the rest of the team are fantastic at making me feel at ease and in good hands. Having taken advantage of the IV sedation option I've been able to get 2 extractions and implants (which have turned out beautifully - the quality of the dental work is spot on!) and after being a patient for many years, I am now able to go to check-ups and basic cleans without medication or sedation.I'm very grateful to the whole team for making what used to be my worst nightmare a pleasant fear-free experience - Tranquil Dental is the perfect place for those of us who don't like going to the dentist, or for anyone who's simply looking for high quality dentistry on the Sunshine Coast!

Awful service . I will never consider them at all

If your worried about the pain of getting your teeth done such as fillings ect. No pain MJ is very gentle and I didn't experience any discomfort, I had to fillings done and have to say the staff are all very caring and nice. Definitely going to be my dentist from now on 10/10.
