I Want Security

Eddy and his team were very professional. Eddy was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

We had our security camera installed just under a year ago. We found the company to be very professional. The guy who installed the camera was polite and very tidy. We had not had any problems with the camera till now. we has a problem was with one of our camera, l contacted the company this morning to explained what was happening. l was contracted within 30m from the service guy. It's now been just over 3 hours from my first phone call, the camera is fixed. The service from these guys is terrific l would highly recommend them.

No respect for their clients.I have contacted Eddy to get a quote for security cameras installation. At the beginning he was responsive in providing the quote and confirmed that all wires will be hidden. I advised him that I'm happy to proceed with the quote.Few days later, he was in my area for another job and called me asking for my address so he can have a quick look, and since I wasn't home at that time, he had a look while I was talking with him over the phone.While he was checking, he mentioned that some cables will be visiable and he will need to make holes, and since I was about confused I advised that I can send him some photos when I get home so he can highlight where he would like to make holes etc..When I returned home I sent him photos with circles where I would like to install the cameras, and as soon as I sent him the photos, he never responded back to me!I tried calling him he is not answering, I sent him an email he's also not wanssweing.Unprofessional and ZERO respect for their clients!Congratulations, you lost a client!—————————————————** Reponse to the owner's reply:First: I will not comment on your words that you are sorry for me"

Outstanding knowledge of their range! He was able to answer every question that we asked him. Our installation was booked extremely quickly and the installers were fantastic, completing a clean and neat job, and having a fantastic knowledge of their products were able to explain how to use all of the CCTV and alarm features. Their price was very competitive.

They did all my electrical work such as wiring the house, putting LED down lights inside and outside, installing state of the art security camera and doorbell, installing bathroom’s fans and digital anten.They attended the job on time and always give practical suggestions.Their pricing is way better than others and after they finish work at the end of the day they clean up after themselves and take their waste with them. I am more than happy to recommend the business to others.I will call them for new projects.
