This isn't having a go at Osbourne Park store.but I have to say I have been trying to get a spare part for one of my zip products and after a week I still don't know how much or if there is stock. Love the product BUT BAD spare parts department

Ambient+chiller filter tap promised so much, but 12deg was the ‘chillest’ it could get to. Very disappointed by that, since it promotes 4-6degs. Service tech was great but after 4 callouts determined that unit needed replacing. That was 2 months ago & still waiting for this to happen, with Christmas family events just 3 days away! Very disappointed with the service standards of Zip!

I don’t think it would be possible for the service department and the associated admin team to be more incompetent. The concept of following clear written instructions to contact the occupant of a property to service one of their high maintenance taps is totally foreign to them.Do yourself a favour and buy 10 years worth of San Pellegrino, a really good kettle and a fridge with a filtered water tap to save yourself a whole lot of money and a whole lot of pain.
