Called them to come fix a leaking toilet, they wanted $155 call out fee i said don't worry about it cancel the job, the lady said that she will not charge the call out fee if i went ahead with them coming to quote only.They gave me a 3 hour window and came with 15 minutes left of the 3 hours. The plumber looked at the toilet started playing with his phone then he came up with a quote of $1739.90 to repair it. I imminently said that's a rip off and told him the parts are only around the $100 so i told him to leave.I purchased a the faulty part new hose and vale for a total of $125.25 and installed it in 5 minutes. These guys are totally scamming people so please do not use them. PS they also trade under Upside down plumbing and Jims plumbing so avoid all of them.
