EB Games - Browns Plains Village Square

This store was recently renovated and it looks amazing! It has a wider range of pop culture items now than it did before and there's something for everyone. The back entrance has been removed so you will need to walk around to the street entrance but its well worth the visit!

The customer service is amazing, the store gets quite busy but they certainly do their best to help. I bought a loot crate last night that was missing a piece and this morning they fixed it all up without a single word of protest.Definitely my favorite EB Games.

Great staff all have a great sense of humour i been buying pops figurines lately and they’re have tried to find the ones I need for my sets what they had on store or at other storesAnd when u walk in a the one who is on is singing to the songs u know the person is very happy with there job to all of the staffThanks for all your effort to help me when I come in

Great atmosphere and almost home like vibe. I’ve always gone here to get my gaming supplies. The staff know what they are doing and are always great to consult when you have a game related inquiry. I love the pop vinyl collection here as well as the gaming merch. This is overall, just a great EB store with more stock than most EB games usually have. Highly recommend buying from when you need to game some games.

This review is specifically for the young lady who works here, who's name I have forgotten (sorry!).I bought a new gaming mouse for my wife for Christmas, and the lady that assisted me was very helpful. We went through 4-5 mice, each one had TI be opened and then resealed. She was patient and helped me with product information all the way.When we swapped it out after Christmas (the wife wanted a heavier one! My bad!), she once again went through the process of unsealing and repackaging all the various mouse options, and found specific information about each one.Very helpful, and even returned the original one I bought despite it being past the 7 day return schedule (also past the Jan 12 cut off for Xmas returns!). This allowed me to spend a little more and get the mouse my wife actually wanted.All up, fantastic service, and really encourages me to shop here again.Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you to Zoe for being kind to me today and reached out to me about a bad experience I had with another store and she took it very personal. From now on this will be the store where I’ll go cause the staff here know how to treat me well. Zoe has even stepped up to make sure I’ll get treated with the kindness and respect I deserve

This is my favourite EB.Staff here are always great. And they always stock actually good Amiibos, which are great for us Nintendo fans.Yesterday I had an especially good experience working through a complicated mix of trade-ins and repairs, while I had two kids in hand who were being really painful. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant.All EB games deserve an extra start for their price-matching policy and their never-expire gift card policy. Would give a six if I could.
