I’m not one for booking in advance, so I love how accommodating the Team from Toombul Skin & Beauty always are when I call through for an appointment. The salon is easy to get to, there’s plenty of parking at the shopping centre, the girls are lovely & mature, the music is soothing and the service is always 5-star.

I’ve been loyal to Toombul Skin & Beauty for many years now and I’m so glad that their exceptional service has never changed. The staff are accomodating, friendly and so good at what they do! I love walking into the salon and being greeted like an old friend! And by the way, my skin has never looked better since changing skin care brands!

It's so great to have the Toombul Skin and Beauty team back! I recently in for a hydration essential facial and my skin feels DIVINE. It's amazing to see that the talented ladies here and the lovely owner have kept their services and their demeanour to the highest standard since they reopened.I couldn't recommend this salon more, the services are lush – not to mention the girls and the owner are so attentive and professional and just lovely to be around. It’s refreshing to have a local salon that you can have complete faith in.Having recently spent time in the sun, cold and wind of the outback , I attended Toombul Beauty Spot for a full hydration facial rescue and repair with red, dry and tight skin.The service was exceptional and the team went above and beyond to restore the moisture back into my face with recommendations about products which will be helpful in the future.Thank you Toombul skin and Beauty for your expertise, your time to converse with me to decide on the best course of action and for having a great product range .A special shout out to Guiliana on reception who made it all happen and never once judged me for the condition of my skin!

The team at Toombul Skin and Beauty are so professional, kind, and welcoming that I almost feel I am visiting family. Left with scarring from acne in my teenage years, pigmentation and now mature age wrinkles thrown into the mix, Kat, my therapist, and I have entered a journey to rejuvenate my skin and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had a wonderful rejuvenation facial with added micro, LED & eye treatment yesterday; but it was the checkout experience that is my reason for reducing down to the two stars.The owner at the front counter complimented me after my facial by saying my face was glowing and I replied that it loves a facial - she responded “we all love a facial, there is nothing special about you Amy”. I didn’t get the sarcasm as in my mind I’m thinking - actually I am special and who are you to tell me I’m not? So I paid for my facial and did not rebook.When I got to my car I realised I had been charged $279 ($30 more than what I was expecting) so I went back to query. The shop owner came out to the front desk and when I said I wanted to check the price (I didn’t even get to mention what amount I was querying) she immediately responded that I was charged $30 for the (face, neck & dec) massage which was not included in the facial price & that she had spoken to me on the phone about adding all the extra services. I said I did not speak to her on the phone as I sent an email & I did not book a massage in my email. She just responded “are you happy with that?” I immediately said yes because it was a good massage but at the same time taken aback by her unwillingness to check my original email booking to investigate why I had been provided an additional service I did not book & just expected to pay for it. So I just left.Unfortunately her overall lack of politeness ruined my facial experience especially when querying what I actually paid for - it is my money after all. In the future I won’t be made to feel bad by an owner who seems to forget the basic manners of kind words & investigating a simple customer query. One bad experience is enough for me. My hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.
