Ordered some items online and spent over $60 to be qualified and used promotional code. But they denied and claimed that I did not use the code when the transaction was made, which I did and and also left a note to seller. I asked to reconsider then requested to return the items but they don't respond to emails. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I was so disappointed. Will not recommend!

I have been scammed and disappointed purchasing on a few different cosmetic sites and now I ALWAYS check a sites reviews first. I can’t beleive this site doesn’t have many, it’s so reliable and the user friendly. All my packages come nicely packed and often with free samples! Highly recommend <3 this is my go-to site now

This has to be the most reliable supplier I have ever found for quality products and customer service!!! Order placed by 12noon, free delivery requested which can take up to 5 days... but yet again... goods despatched same day, received less than 24 hrs after order submitted!!! They have always been like this - along with very prompt & reliable answers to any questions or advice on different products or skin conditions! Love this company!

i was shopping for a specific product and this company offered me a discount on it if i signed up to emails. i thought okey dokey, then went through the rigmarole of activating emails etc then finally on to checkout, only to find out the code wasnt valid for this item. customer service notified me that if i had read the email i would had to spend nearly double to get it! sick of this kind of marketing.
