Walked in today and walked out very quickly. This shop use to be great catering for Vanilla to the extreme players and came in often to add to my collection. Chris and the other old guy had a lot of experience and would ask if I needed help to just ask. Never got this service today. The shop has got totally Vanilla which leaves me no adult shop close by for the extreme player.

I would highly recommend going here. The customer service was awesome very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They have a massive selection of toys. I will definitely be going back.

Not what I expected. 10/10 best store I've been in. Great advice, quality products and friendly, non sleazy service. The attendant was incredibly helpful to both myself and the several other customers in store without any judgement or assumptions.Great prices too, a good 25% cheaper than online. A+

I've just read the reviews on EA STMarys. They are fake at least 3 months fake. the staff were instructed to get onto Google trash the manager of 15 years and the employee of 7 after creating a massive hostile work environment. I have this message that was sent to us all. so proof is there. I'm not trashing the store or staff just pointing out that dishonest reviews that staff are forced to write just don't help a genuine customer find a true reviewMarcel Brando I'm David who worked the penrith store and was transferred to St marys. Have been going to this shop for years always clean and organised not now new guys there very unorganised .My husband and I always spend big $$ there was always lots to choose from now awful cheap stuff I shopped here recently the store looks disorganised and dirty was served by a guy named David this guy had no idea about products . This dude looked irritated when I asked questions as if I was bothering him talking on the phone , and not interested in serving me one item I wanted had no price sure he made it up and overcharged me .

Rude man at service. Expensive products and not worth the $$ sI have just read the reply to my review left last week and it is a lie, i do not work for an adult shop.The service was terribly rude, and the products were over priced.And in regards to the reply saying that the store has only received good reviews...doesn't mean ALOT based on the fact only 7other customers have left a review..
