Flight Centre Rundle Mall

Initially I left a 5 star review due to the exceptional service I received from Lisa in booking my holiday which still stands, however on trying to contact you to extend my holiday whenno consultant answered the phone after I left 2 messages also no contact to date. So I phoned emergency number whereJoe sorted everything out for me, he was great.Apart from Lisa and reading your reviews it seems like you have a systemic culture of poor customer service I will not be engaging your services in the future. A day later still trying to contact Rundle Mall branch to alter travel insurance still no answer. Absolute joke.o

If you are ever in need of help planning your next trip no matter how little or big, please speak with Stacey! She is the best and i wouldn't trust anyone else! She has helped me with a few trips over the years and am always so impressed with how helpful and professional she has been! Also answering all my silly questions over countless emails - she is the best!

Imogen and the team at flight centre rundle mall were incredible when assisting to find the best flights for my trip to Colombia! Due to the distance, visa possibilities and various flight paths, finding the best tickets to Cali Colombia from Adelaide is not an easy task. Not only did the team find a reasonable price, but they were also able to add value to the holiday by finding a stop over in an incredible location to break up the long journey.Imogen was professional, patient, thorough and communicated very clearly. She should be commended on her ability to work with her team to deliver the best product possible for the customers needs. Imogen was also able to source all this information during our meeting, which lead to sale of the tickets there and then.I will certainly be going back to Imogen and the team at rundle mall for future holiday planning.

Really poor customer service received today. Was just told bluntly to check online by the sales assistant, without even attempting to check on their system for a rough price quotation for tentative dates. No wonder bricks and mortar is dying when you have to deal with uninterested sales assistants who couldn't be bothered to do their jobs.

Called last week for a quote, I think it was Stacey I spoke to. Not only was her telephone manner simply rude and inadequate; I'm still waiting for my email she said she would send. I guess I will be booking myself online.

Thank you so much to Olivia who was a great help with a very tricky booking for an unaccompanied minor.She got things done so quickly and easily and dealt with a lot of difficulties at our end with a lot of patience.

Lisa was extremely helpful with assisting me in booking my flights and gave me useful information. I would revisit Lisa for help with future travel.

I rang this flight centre today and talked to Casey over the phone. She was so unprofessional, Rude, and not polite.Worst customer service ever !!!!

Itinerary (#424101)staff does know freak hole about what they are doing. simply stated, want to use my credits of nearly 4k but now I came to know that virgin will take about 2-3 months. technaically now i want to travel and now i am having a big question mark whether i even can use this credits or not. frankly speakingSam lewis from flight centre adelaide, or even flight centre and stay away from Virgin airlines..
