They are great if you want a sick certificate and antibiotics.Sometimes I've called and it's a quick conversation others have been longer and going more in depth. In the end if you need to see a doctor in person it's going to be different than over the phone as they can't examine you.I highly recommend if you need sick certificate and quick antibiotics.***Just make sure to tell them if you have any allergies and look up the medication. Only once they emailed me the wrong script but it was an easy fix. Called their main number and they sent me a new script straight away.***

Seriously such a waste of time unless you are looking to pay $75+ just to be told that you need to see a GP in person because they can’t provide advice over the phone. Really don’t understand what the point of this service is if you can’t actually access any medical advice. Waited an additional 45 minutes past my booking time only to be told within 30 seconds that a pretty simple prescription would require me seeing a doctor face to face. Much better off using a service like InstantScripts for a medical certificate or just finding a GP directly that offers Telehealth. It’s also quite obvious all of the 5 star reviews are fake.

I wish I could give 0 stars.Very dismissive & rude. Couldn’t or wouldn’t help me. I explained I can’t see my regular gp for 7 days, they didn’t have a care in the world. Receptionist is very rude, blunt & unprofessional.Would avoid at all cost. Just wastes your time and money.

I don’t know what others have found using ClinicALL; however, I can’t fault them. They are available, helpful and on time. Advice has been good and scripts (for antibiotics) sent quickly. As far as the service we have received, I am happy to recommend them highly. Called at 9.30 pm and had a doctor send the script my mother needed by 9.45. Just my experience, for what it’s worth.

I needed a Medical Certificate so I easily booked an appointment online with ClinicAll. The service that I received was excellent: the call was timely, the questions were relevant and right after the call I received the Medical Certificate on my email. They even texted me to ask for my preferred pharmacy and sent the prescription to that location. I must say that I am impressed with the efficiency, I will definitely use it next time and I recommend it!

Had my first appointment tonight when all local doctors were closed and not accepting patients for the weekend. I knew I needed antibiotics and only needed a script, which was emailed to the pharmacist within 20 minutes of the phone call. Definitely a great service for when you need a script however it of course isn't a direct substitute for seeing a doctor who can take temperature, blood pressure and give exact individual advice as they can see you and your symptoms. Saved me $100 on an out of hours doctor and waiting around just to get the exact same thing I had on a one minute phone call. Yes the appointment wasn't at the exact time I booked (45mins later) but that is expected given the personalise nature, and at least being telehealth it means you can wait for the call at your own home and get things done while you wait instead of being in a stuffy waiting room

Do not use this service. They just take your money!I booked a telehealth appointment, you pay $75 for this. A nurse called me and was obviously unable to assist as they can't prescribe medication, to which she advised a doctor would be needed and I can expect a text/phone call with an approximate time. The text I then received stated that they can't assist and would refund my money. Not even the decency to call you. Nonetheless pretty sure booking a service with a doctor, and having a nurse calling is considered false advertising.Almost 3 weeks later, and multiple messages taken" I have not yet received my refund. Instead they claim its already been processed. Well

I wish I could give them a zero.First my appointment was at 3:45. At 4 I got a message that my appointment will be delayed and that they will call me within an hour. I got the call after an hour and half.I am having neck pain and I told the person who called me twice that I used voltaren and that it did nothing, I told him how much in pain I was. He told me OK , I'll send the prescription to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription. Guess what he prescribed? Yup voltaren the lowest dose".Disgusting service and wasted money and time."

Doctor spoke to me for approx 45 seconds, stated would provide a script, had to call back twice to prompt script, missed the chemist- biggest waste of $55- do not recommend, if you have covid like I do- choose another option.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and I just wasted my 55 dollars just to be told that they cant provide any medications or medical advice as they dont know my medical background. Was advices by the GP BOLARIN ALIYU to see my regular GP when the reason I booked them is because i needed them urgently as my regular GP is always fully booked. They just completely wasted my time and money. There was no consultation done.
