Won't bother getting my Hyundai serviced here again. They can NEVER honor their booking system through Hyundai so the 2 times I've booked in they've had to change my booking. I've had to travel over 40 mins to get there and they don't have courtesy cars so I'm stuck in Young for hours while they take FOREVER to do a simple service. This time it's been nearly 5 hours....and I'm still waiting while I write this.

I will NEVER bring my car here again. My 2006 Hyundai Getz broke down. As HGH is the local Hyundai dealer we thought we'd have it towed here on 9 August. We finally got it back today - 30 SEPTEMBER! They initially told my husband that the problem was with the gearbox. And gave a price of around $400 for a second hand replacement. On picking up the car today it cost $3260!!!! I only bought the car for $3500. If I'd known it was going to cost that much I would have sold it to the wreckers and got another car!!!Communication was poor, repairs expensive, extra and unauthorised repairs undertaken. AVOID THIS REPAIRER AT ALL COSTS!

We can't be anymore thankful to Jamie and his team! We were stranded 1000ks from home after filling up with contaminated fuel (from another town). Making many phone calls to other mechanics, we were getting timeframes of 1-4 weeks for someone to look at it for us. Jamie called in a few favours and we crossed our fingers! Miraculously we were on our way the next day and we were able to continue our holiday. Thank you again, we are forever grateful!

Left my car for 30,000 km service. Courteous staff, had it ready at the estimated time.Happy with their service.

Took VE Ute to Harden Geelan for an airconditioning issue. Was told that it had been very hot, and this was likely working how it should be. Advised by service manager all tests were ok across the board. Spoke to dealer principal. Jamie, was hung up on, was told that it was an old car, ( 2012) and it been very hot. Was told he would back his technicians, and there service levels exceeded Holden benchmarks. Was rude and abrupt. offered zero solutions, and zero customer satisfaction. Here i was beleiving that a Holden dealer would offer the best service, on a Holden car... WRONG... I wont be back.

Excellent service from Greg and the team, couldn't fault them.Would recommend them to anyone who wanted to buy a new or used car.

Service department and technicians are the worst I've ever encountered. Provide detailed instructions when dropping in the vehicle and they aren't followed. Ask for specific things to be checked and they say 'it's fine' then find out later it's anything but fine. I don't know if they're lying, or incompetent, or if they even lift the bonnet or road test the car while they have it. Have spent a fortune doing what they recommended while they ignore obvious issues like blocked filters - filters I requested they change. Just disgusting and will not be servicing with this mob again. Radiator is filled with dirty water but when checked the dealership said it was fine. Air filter and box were filled with dry leaves but this wasn't remedied. Fuel filter apparently blocked and not replaced, then we were questioned about the need to replace it (we supplied the filter). Absolutely hopeless mechanics, assuming they are qualified at all. Avoid them servicing your car at all costs as they have no idea what they're doing.

The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have owned Mitsubishis since 2009 for my business, and used numerous service centres. Very overpriced and need to review the way they prioritise bookings. Arrogant front desk. I’m not using these guys again.

Nice friendly pple and always willing to help and give their full attention to buying a car for yourself..Unfortunately they are too dear for country town
