Elair attended today to fix my split sytem AC that would not switch on. I was provided a clear up front price for attendance and diagnosis. They identified the problem quickly and rectified with minimal extra added to the cost originally quoted.Very happy with the result! Highly recommended.

AVOID this place if you don’t want to be ripped off or taken advantage of.This company is a fraud, called them to service our ducted evaporative air con, the guy spent less than 10 minutes came back down said the “Solenoid” is broken. Turns out it wasn’t broken and he didn’t even replace it, the machine wasn’t cleaned properly, he just charged us $550. What’s worse is he replaced the rubber band around the water pump with a broken one which made the the Evap continuously dump water, we never had this issue. Came to this observation because the original rubber was sitting on the unit and a broken one fitted. He is soooo dodgy, it was definitely fitted on purpose so he charges us another $300. He also said the pads are “mouldy” need replacing, went up their myself and found there was NO sign of decay or mould. He had shown me some botch photos from previous projects. If you are reading this Elair, I hope your teenage son who you bring along on the job with you doesn’t learn your ways.Do not believe the positive reviews as they are most likely written by the company. I hope karma catches fast with you for ripping off my pensioner parents.The worse part of it all was we were made waiting in the heat of 40 degree plus without any aircon for 3 weeks because of them. This company needs to be shut down.

We had a great experience using ELAIR Air-conditioning Refrigeration to fix my Aircon that wouldn’t drain. They replied quickly and were at our place working on the Aircon within a couple hours. I particularly appreciated that they were very on time, arriving at the exact minute they estimated they’d arrive! The technician (Yaniv) was helpful, resolving the issue efficiently and giving tips on how to keep things running smoothly in the future. We get our air conditioner serviced every year. This time friends recommended Elair and must say he was very thorough and efficient. One of the units needed repairs and the price was very reasonable and he worked very cleanly. Good to get someone who is a pro.

I had a very good experience with ELIAR this morning. My Breezair air conditioner stopped working during yesterday's searing heat. I was given ELAIR's number and contacted reception this morning.I explained to the receptionist that I'm an electrician and may be able to fault find the problem myself. Most companies don't care about this, and I was told we don't do that you will have to wait for our technician to get there" on several occasions yesterday. I was lucky in this case

Avoid this business if at all possible! read below for more detail... Rude and over priced.Tuesday 11.1.21Called Mitsubishi and advised of issue in new unit only 12 months old. They advised would be covered under warranty - contact ELAIR 9375 8791 or AIR MATE 9276 1435.Called ELAIR- Spoke to the receptionist - Had just had a cancellation and could fit me in that afternoon as they had had a cancellation. Confirmed with her that Mitsubishi had confirmed that this would be a warranty issue. I confirmed with her I had Proof of purchase on site. She said won't be a problem. No mention of a $180 charge if not covered by warranty at any stage of the conversation. No mention of checking filters, at all.Technician Anvi attended was on-site 5 mins. Popped hood of the unit and advised Filters are blocked this is not covered by warranty. Expensive lesson

This company recently attended to a warranty issue on a split AC . What a fantastic experience. Great communication quick service and quick to correctly diagnose and rectify the issue first time! A rare event nowadays. Highly recommended.
