Erica guided us through a wine tasting and was honestly so generous with her knowledge of wine and insights. We had a fantastic experience with her and also at the restaurant with Mel. Thank you ladies for making our visit so special.

The wine tasting experience was amazing. Although we ended up buying a couple of bottles of wine, the serving could have been done slower. The only other experience we've had was D'Arenberg and they were patient and allowed us to take our time with the tasting.

Beautiful landscaped gardens and great historical story behind the vineyard.Excellent staff. Very helpful, answered all our questions and knew their stuff. The wines we tried were great.Atmosphere of the wine tasting area was nice but not as intimate and comfortable as some of the others we had been to.

We visited Seppeltsfield as our last winery of the day.Staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were there for my dad's 70th flew in from Sydney for the weekend.Louise served us and made our experience extraordinary special for my dad by offering us a port tasting of a barrel which was cellared on the year he was born. As we went through to the cellar Louise gave us a tour and history of the winery. This made the day come to a special end.Highly recommend visiting Seppeltsfield on your tour of the Barossa.

Extremely impressive facility, with restaurant, beautiful surroundings and a luxurious vibe.Personally I just wasn't impressed by the level of the wines.Though I think a few of the ports were well produced, overall not fond of neither table wines or the ports

A beautiful drive to this lush green vineyards full of aesthetically well maintained vines. It’s a beauty to see such a big investment of time and efforts and history come together! In 2007, the estate was once again in private hands, and owner Warren Randall, a trained viticulturist and winemaker who had previously worked for the Seppelt family in the 1980s, is again in charge. Investors Peg Lindner and her family, Nathan and Candice Waks, and Randolph and Anita Bowen all back Warren. The Centennial Collection, an unbroken lineage of Tawny wines dating from 1878 to the present, is what makes Seppeltsfield famous. The estate is still the only winery in the world to annually release a single vintage wine that is 100 years old. The estate also has a magnificent collection of Australian Sherry (Apera), Tokay, and Muscat, all of which are kept in huge Solero nursery cellars.

If you’re going to do one vineyard in the Barossa it would have to be Seppeltsfield. Beautiful grounds showcasing the history of this vineyard since 1855! Lovely to take stroll around, check out the architecture of the beautiful heritage buildings, do a wine tasting, have lunch & browse a couple of art studios & gift stores. Loved the Tawny tasting & cellar tour - definitely worth it.

What a destination! Amazing heritage buildings in a beautifully maintained garden setting. You can easily spend hours here wandering through the gallery or the skin and body product buildings. Can't wait to return and look at tours and a meal.
