I had an amazing experience today at this VicRoads. The staff were super helpful and the process was efficient, the process of registering a car taking less than 20minutes. I was served by Jennifer who was friendly, thorough and informative. Parking is a bit difficult but due to the excellent service, I will definitely be back!

Big thanks to Angela who saved my day! Had a 9:20 am appointment at Ringwood and was turned down due to being late for 2 minutes. Went up to Ballarat to get a Miscellaneous registration done as we had to deliver a car to the customer that day and Angela went above and beyond to make that happen for us!! Thanks a lot!

We had your officer in Melton office whose name is Scott. He was having exceptional customer service. He was testing officer with us. Such a humble and respectful officer I had ever in VicRoads. Well done Ballarat VicRoads for providing us such a nice officer. Hopefully we will had more like him..

Cannot even call this branch directly to ask a quick & simple question ... Have to call the 13.... Number which leaves you waiting for 20 minutes or more. All that money and stuffhall customer service.

this is no starsterrible service the big lady seems to be a supervisor but lied about my vehicle lied about the rules and colluded and conspired to effect the outcome to side with a businessthe bald bloke was no better and continued the lies and corruptionalso very rude and only interested in your money and their salariesbad typical victoria state governmentno staff big wait timesstill a terrible score after a year
