Absolutely lovely, helpful staff. The pharmacist Matt is always really great to talk to about medications. Reasonable prices, great assortment of brands and items for such a small shop.

Just dealt with a very rude man. I keep my script on file and wasn’t told last time that it was my last repeat. He looked me up, got my script out, ripped it up in front of my face and said you won’t be getting it unless you have a new script. I was never told that it was my last script. I just said thanks and walked out. I will never be back. It’s a shame as the normal chemist and ladies are usually very nice. And he was wearing an army print jacket instead of a uniform, very unprofessional.

Best Pharmacy. The staffare amazing. We have left the Cardiff area however my son and I still return here for our months scripts, even though it would be more comvient to have them made up in Maitland . Also, My 83 year old Grandmother has been going here for years and they are wonderful with her!
