Good communication, painless dental work, very happy and have recommended to friends. Joseph was great in helping me find out about teeth grinding and what options are available. He will continue to be our go Dentist, staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

I met Dr Joe and Joe socially through our mutual friends and as I have such a massive fear of the dentist due to a horrific experience a long time ago I have been too scared and embarrassed about my teeth to see someone. I started my journey with them in March which I found so scary but Joe and his team are very calming and explain everything. I am so grateful that they are so generally caring and concerned and non judgmental so if you are like me and putting off the dreaded dentist visit then this is the place to be thank you everyone and I drive an hour each way definitely worth it

Nothing an problem they help me by fixing my teeth they explain every step by step to you. The team never waste any time in and out of the dentist. I even went back to work That’s how good they are thank you

Dr Hollywood is very thorough and explains the treatments and procedures perfectly.My boys both really feel safe and in good hands as do I.

Five stars no question…Excellent dental practice.I’m a new client this year and I will be staying with them.Best service you will get.These guys are friendly, professional and efficient( and as painless as I’ve ever had- better even than SC Smile Centre-who are great dentists, lousy empathy-less receptionist).These guys no problemEverything is explained and any questions answered.Great record keeping as well.What can I say…it’s just like in the brochure.

The best thing is that every step is described so you know what's happening and why they are doing it. I always feel treated as an individual, not just another customer and, for more complex needs, am given a realistic series of options and possible outcomes. Down to earth good service!

Was very happy with the staff, so friendly and welcoming.Very grateful to get an apt so quickly for a tooth ache. Everything was explained with my options, tooth was extracted pain was minimal and recovery is going well.

Incompetent staff in the knowledge of private insurance.I had to spend over $ 250 for their incompetence.They didn't inform me that they weren't members of the private insurance I owned.If they had informed me, I would not have spent a dollar. Obviously they would not have me as a client as I would go to a dentist who is a member of my insurance. ( The bill was $750 teeth cleaning. Teeth that didn't have any problems. I think the extras were created just to make the bill bigger).I find all this dishonest.Be careful.Regarding the dentist, I also have doubts about her.I'll check out her work when I visit my new dentist.One star only because I can't put less of 0 stars.Ps for the owner: don't try to make excuses. There are none.I clearly asked if I could use my insurance and the staff told me there was no problem with that. It is part of your job to inform your customers which insurances you are able to acept in total and which insurances no. If you are unable to do this it is right that you deserve a negative judgment for incompetence. It means not having enough knowledge to support your customers and it is only fair that everybody know.

Fantastic service every time from Dr Hollywood and the team. I've always been so nervous going to the dentist and have always struggled with having treatments but when I went to this practice I felt at ease almost instantly! Dr Hollywood is so calm and reassuring. I highly recommend a visit!
