Star Car Wash

The worst car wash ever.. I came Last month. Only 2 or 3 staff work and 1 manager only sit in office. 1 staff have to call him to service me. And when i came to take my car, i have to wait manager, he sleep in his car. I wont come back

Arrogant staff that lied about how long, been waiting 5 hours and car still isn’t done when asked what discount they’re going to offer he argued with me. Pathetic should deport the lot of them, absolute scam artists.

I have visited star car wash a few times next to woolies robina, never had any issues in the past, I always left happy with the job, service and price. This time I was asked to go to the david jones car wash. When I arrived to my car once the job was done I saw there was still some marks on my boot, one off the guys walked over and I showed him, he said bird poo had marked my paint and wouldn't come off , I pulled out a rag from my boot and rubed it off in front off him.He opend my car and had a look inside and walked away.When I got in my car and had a look there was still dirt on the door seals, dirt in my cup holders and door handles.Not a good job this time.I Didnt leave there very happy.

I use Sewa and the team at Star Wash robina almost every single week. They have never once given me a bad wash. Their service is unmatched, they use awesome products, they take care of the cars and I cannot stress enough how good it looks once they’re done. Do yourself a favour and give them a go.

Very happy with the platinum wash I had for my very dirty Hyundai Tucson. It looked brand new again! Highly recommend! Easy drop off and pick up!

I paid for the 'Platinum Wash' and there was actual dirt left on the car. I spoke with the unprofessional manager Aman, who said that for them to clean the marks on the exterior I have to pay for the detailing package, that they don't wipe the car down with the platinum wash... he got one of the boys to spot wipe the car where they had clearly missed sections. Don't waste your money

I use these guys quite often when I am at Robina for any length of time. Even though most times they complete the job quickly, efficiently and with great results. Just like a new one.

My car is super shiny after going to Star Car Wash in Robina today. Very efficient service. They cut and polished out my finger nail scratch marks under each door handle and it looks fab. Very happy and highly recommend.
