Rizz'n'Bella's Dog Wash & Grooming

Kerry is very accommodating - had to reschedule my appointment & she put a groomer on Saturday since I couldn’t make it on a weekday. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend these lovely people highly enough! Talulah, my little, elderly, rather precious (in her eyes!) toy poodle loves her regular visit. She comes home looking beautiful and so happy with her little outing. An exceptional service!

I have been going to Cuddly Canine for years and trusted the new owner. I was running 20 mins late for my dog and when I turned up the girls were rude and it was awkward especially compared to the service I was used too. Later that night peanut was licking his carpal pad. I looked at it and it was red raw on his left paw. I contacted the owner and didn’t receive a response which is disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend this place and thankfully the groomer that looked after peanut has opened her own business. I made contact and Mary was quick to reply with genuine concern. Mary has started her own business called Hitchens Grooming in Newport. She is an angel. Peanut loves her. The owner really needs to be more active and acknowledge complaints.

I must commend the the guy who groomed our cavoodle this week. I asked for her face to be layered, he’s nailed it. Sorry I don’t know your name!

After taking our dog to the lovely Ella for 2 years, we were naturally skeptical regarding new ownership. After several attempts at home grooming (much to the dismay of our fur baby), we decided to give Rizz ‘n’ Bella’s a shot.The staff were warm hearted, vibrant, and very engaged when discussing our requests.Upon collection, we had a great rundown of how our dog went, and even received a few cheeky tips for upkeep (who doesn’t love saving money in this economy). They did a fantastic job on the face and coat, and the mani/pedi was impeccable.We now have a regular 4-6 week repeat booking, and couldn’t be happier with the team at Rizz ‘n’ Bella’s.

I used Rizz’n’Bella’s Newport to groom my little Moodle Teddy.They did a lovely job, and Ted was happy……definitely recommend them.

Two visits : same dog : first groom $100, three mths later $180 ...?No pricing anyway & when asked why - got price increased.Poor mgt/admin/service/whatever - will not return.

It’s not easy to groom curly oodles, believe me I’ve tried, but the team at Rizz n Bella do such a wonderful job. The team at Rizz n Bella make my dogs, Gizmo and Obi, feel right at home. The consultation prior to the groom is a great chance to discuss the style of groom you want, and the team are honest about what they think would be best considering the current condition of the pup’s coat so there are no surprises on pick ups! Both my oodles are prone to matting, so the groom I want and the groom my dogs’ coat needs doesn’t always align but I trust the team and ultimately I want what is best for my dogs and I can honestly say I have been thrilled with the grooms they have received. Rizz n Bella really do care about the pups and show them so much love and care. Thanks so much!!

It’s hard to find a good dog groomer for my Jet a Moodle with very sensitive skin who’ll listen to my concerns. Jai at the Mona Vale salon did listen, he called me mid appointment to check in on a concern he had during Jet’s appointment, Jet has had no skin reaction from he’s clip, that’s unusual, he was clipped very short so I was expecting some kind of reaction but I can happily say “all is good”Thank you Jai & Kerry for listening to my concerns.

They looked after my whipped/kelpie cross dog with a shedding wash and nail clip. Very friendly and professional.
