My daughter and I recently stayed here for her nationals tennis tournament.I cannot recommend this hotel enough.Super spacious rooms, amazing staff and excellent service.Gym, pool, sauna and room service from their onsite restaurant.This was also extremely good value, will definitely stay here again. Thank you Abode!!!!!

the room was not cleaned when I left the tag on door requesting for daily clean up. Then I was told by the receptionist that they did not charge me service fee. I dont understand what she was trying to convey and I reasonably presumed that the room should be cleaned everyday.I was expecting the manager to get back to me, but it has been about 3 days and I have not received any response from the management. I know this is not a 5 star hotel and I should not expect too much but this is far short from reasonable expectation.Great facility for its price, convenient location. Poorly trained staff (except Jacob who was doing a good job).

Our pet-friendly room was clean, staff were friendly and the room was huge. It was one of the ones with a bathroom for those with mobility issues and I've seen others complain about this, but honestly it was big and clean and I can't see an issue with that. The reception staff were lovely. We didn't eat or drink there but the restaurant downstairs smelt amazing and there seemed to be a cool vibe there.

Pleasantly surprised! I was greeted at the reception by Kristina who was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a new building with a very good location (grocery store right outside and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby). The room and hotel in general were exceptionally clean and modern. There is ample parking available for $15 a day which is very reasonable. The facilities are excellent too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved that we could take our pet with us, $50 extra per night is a bit much though. The rooms are clean and modern. 5/5 for being pet friendly, we will be back.

The room was pretty good. Unfortunately i was placed next to the workers lounge and laundry so it was a bit noisy. Phone reception wasnt the best. The main reason for the 2 star review is the constant emails i get asking me to do a survey

Really great place and really clean and tidy rooms. Staff were friendly and a great location if you don't want to stay in the city. The only minor downfall was there was no foxtel or casting option onto TV - only free to air

Hotel is ok, however just like another reviewer they charged us for breakfast totalling over $600 which was not refunded until the third day, there was a water leak somewhere which soaked the carpet next to our bed, advised staff which did nothing about it. They did not refill our coffee pods once, which was needed as some idiot kept pulling the fire alarm in the middle of the night (2 out of 4 nights) can’t really recommend staying here due to this fairly long list of things that went wrong.
