Absolutely miserable woman who opened the shop, not interested in helping whatsoever. She should’ve stayed in bed. If that’s an example of their customer service, take your custom elsewhere.

Go see Mandy, customer service plus. Could not be less helpful if she tried. Better suited to working alone, in a cave, on another world with no people.

This is the second time i have used this pharmacy and i had to walk out both times without any medication. The staff were clearly not interested in helping me get my prescribed medication. The other pharmacy across the road are always able to access any additional information and are extremely caring.
