Great customer service. i ordered a tool bag from these guys they accidentally sent the wrong one out. i called up and they were very apologetic, they had a right one express posted the same day and even said we could keep the other bag. Great service and great quality gear!!

I brought socks. Only lasted 4 months then holes appeared. The shop or company won't take responsibility for this, I've had the run around for 6weeks. Not happy. Still no refund.

My 1100lt water bottle is the best.Took 2 days for the ice to melt and the water stayed cold for another day. AWESOME

Good quality product at a decent price.Customer service is unreal, ordered replacement caps, AUSPOST did what they do best, lost them. Zero hassle to replace them for free, then when they got delivered, turns out I ordered the wrong ones. Again zero hassel to switch them over at no cost. Certainly be buying more and recommending.
