Matt and team installed an 8.8kW solar system and battery at my home. Not only were they professional, well organised, and timely, but Matt recommended a great solution. Matt's after sales service has also been second to none.

Very happy with the installation and service.We came across 3D energy when they were installing a new solar system on our neighbors’ roof. Prior to that we have contacted few local installers and provided our requirements for design ( a battery ready system) and all of them quote for system that will need to be upgraded at a later stage to make it compatible for battery and majority of the quotes were provided with remote roof survey.What made us to choose 3D energy was they were the only company who went on roof and served it in real-time, carried a shade survey to identify the ideal locations on the roof and provided proposal to suit for design requirements. Matt was very professional and patient in answering my questions, concerns and provided regular updates regarding the stock availability and installation schedule. In the day of installation and Tom and his team carried the installation very professionally and in a tidy manner. Tom explained and showed me the functions of the inverter, smart meter and other cloud based support features of the system.

New solar system: Matt was patient in explaining different options to me and scheduled the job despite the Christmas rush. His team were professional and installed a solar system at my property without any issues. He stills responds to my emails if I have questions. Overall, I think clear communication and being a local business are 3D Energy's strengths.

We recently upgraded our solar system with 3D Energy. Although we had some other quotes, Mat from 3D Energy gave us the most information as regards to a variety of systems and costs. There was no pressure to buy, but when we accepted his quote he kept us well informed as to each step of the procedure. The installation team, led by Tom was efficient, professional in approach, friendly and obliging. They left the place clean and tidy. We found their service, including after sales to be exemplary. Matt & his team did our warranty claim for the faulty solar panels which were originally installed by another company, the removal and re-installation process was of was done professionally and on time. I called 3D Energy with an enquiry about my non-functioning PV system and was delighted to have an experienced solar electrician on site within a couple of hours . As the inverter was declared unservicable I was referred to Matt, the owner, for options on going forward . Matt was quick to respond with a possible new system recommendation, all fully documented and priced up. 10.7kw Solar system install - Camp HillMathew's team recently completed a residential solar installation for me. I initially approached Matthew for an alternative solar solution having already done a large degree of background work and almost pulling the trigger on another option. Matthew was quick to respond and offered his opinion on alternative setups that could meet my specific requests.For this install, I was concerned not just with the equipment selected and the overall cost but also the background and quality of the installer (I wanted an electrical contractor not a solar franchisee and sub contractors).I decide to proceed with 3D energy as the equipment recommended, stacked up vs multiple other 3rd party reviews of the hardware, the total install quote was competitive, Matthew was responsive and straight forward re his opinions and recommendations, his business model/team appeared to tick my boxes re quality electrical contractors and they we able to book the job within reasonable lead time.Come installation day, the weather was against us but Tom and his team was prompt, friendly & professional. They completed the work they could on the first day and left the site very neat and tidy ready for the following day's completion. Post installation, I reached out to Matthew to see if it was possible to relocate a few panels as the visual placement wasn't as I had originally intended, no problem, a few days later Tom and team was back and the relocation taken care of.Though I haven't been up to see the roof level work, the inverter install, visible wiring and conduit work is all very tidy. The overall aesthetic finish is high quality despite the system not being in a prominent location, in stark contrast to what I have seen from other installs!So far the solar system itself has met my expectations, I was very pleased with the overall experience from the 3D Energy team and would happily refer business to them in the future.
