Fantastic customer service. Linda went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Had a lovely chat - she called me to inform me of the (barely noticeable) natural variations in the wood, and kindly sent me photos. Fast shipping despite these chaotic times. Love the environmental friendly packing when we receive our toys.Linda is so lovely, friendly, helpful, genuine to and easy to deal. Nothing was an issue for her.
